If you're a creative keep listening. I'm Artist and I have ADHD so I am very familiar with the feeling of overwhelm, chaos and not in control of my life. I Lived like this for years which had seriously negative impact on my mental health, and it also crippled my creativy.

This is a pattern I see amongst so many creatives I work with, so this November I am sharing 30 different strategies to help you get rid of the clutter and regain control of your life. I believe that when you bring order in your life, get rid of the clutter there is space to invite calm and creativity.

I'm inviting you to take part in my 🤍30 Day Declutter Challenge🤍 The challenge runs for the whole of November with 1 task per day.

You will:

1) Declutter your studio space

2) Streamline your digital life

3) Simplify your schedule

I’ll be sharing prompts on Instagram to to help you get organised, but there's no pressure to complete every task — just dip in and do those that appeal.

If you joined last November this is your opportunity to revisit and repeat some tasks or tackle those you didn't get round to last time.
